Working at HireStrategy has in many ways been like joining my professional family. I have found a group of people who are not only outstanding at what they do but truly amazing people. Our passion for recruiting has joined this very diverse group of people with multiple talents. The company we have built has a truly unique stamp on it. Everyday I am a part of the organization I am grateful for the opportunity to impact our mission and grow our business. What Rocks About Our Team?
Well I am on it of course! Okay seriously I am priviledged to work with a group of such talented and exceptional people. Our diversity and passion mixed with our ability to laugh and have fun makes each day an adventure. My life has been impacted by every person on our team and every day I learn something new from the people around me. At the end of the day we are here to serve our clients and I respect that in every action our team considers that mission and goal. While everyone is serious about serving our clients no one takes themselves too seriously. I can't imagine doing this job or any job without the laughs (and yes lots of practical jokes) and sincere supportive people on my team.

Anna has over ten years of experience in recruiting, account management, and business development at HireStrategy, following her early career in marketing and technical communications for software and Telco companies.

Chris T
Chris started his career in a business development role for a federal contracting firm specializing in Information Architecture. As his career progressed he worked in a mixture of technical and sales roles specializing in Information Architecture. Prior to HireStrategy he was a leader in the sales department of InfoSnap, a software services firm that specializes in online inquiries, applications, and registrations. He has been on the HireStrategy Team for the last six years where he has worked in business development, account management and recruiting for technology roles.
Chris S
Chris started his career managing a large call center for a national mortgage company. During his time as Call Center Director he was responsible for all recruiting, hiring, training and daily operations; giving him a breadth of experience in identifying and developing talent. His nature interest in technology lead him to pursue his degree in IT and leverage that knowledge as a technical recruiter.<

HireStrategy is a very intelligently design business environment that lets very productive people excel without micro-management, and quickly weeds out any average recruiter. I really enjoy working for an organization that has great leadership with a clear, and smart plan. In addition HireStrategy believes in doing things the right way even if they require more effort. The quality over quantity approach is one reason I joined the HireStrategy team.

Michael is a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Physics & Mathematics. Michael began his career in the IT industry and has worked for multimedia firms, telecommunication firms and consulting organizations as a developer and technical lead. Michael has been a part of the HireStrategy team for the last six years leveraging his technical expertise to assist our clients and candidates.

Great leadership in Nicole Hardin, tons of industry expertise (given that the majority of our team worked hands on in the technology space as developers, engineers and analysts), and dynamic interactions between team members all make for a great team. Working here is not boring!
